Balsamic Soaked Dried Figs

Makes 4 Servings

  • 4 oz. dried figs, stems removed and cut in half
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T honey


  • In a bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and honey. Add figs and let
    soak for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
  • Serve on a toothpick or use as a salad topper.
