Cumin-Cinnamon Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

Makes 4 Servings

  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to coat
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° convection or 400° conventional

Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil to coat

Toss with spices, sugar and salt

Spread onto a rimmed baking sheet, do not crowd

Bake about 30 minutes, until tender and beginning to brown (stir once)
