Quick Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Makes 4 Servings

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (or agave nectar)
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt


Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or in a blender. Process ingredients until creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.

Can be stored in freezer for a month.
