Shamrock Smoothie

  • 2 cups spinach or kale
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen, cubed mango
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • 1 frozen, peeled and sliced banana



In a blender, combine the spinach and coconut milk. Purée until smooth. Add the mango, pineapple and banana and blend until smooth.
